What end-customer data is stored

Conversation messages, contact details voluntarily provided in chat, order or inquiry context, opt-out records, and handoff records.

Where data is stored

Supabase project region: Asia Pacific (Seoul), South Korea (ap-northeast-2).

Retention and deletion

Operational data is retained while needed to run the desk, review quality, support requests, resolve disputes, or meet contractual duties. Clients may request deletion by email.
