Risk reversal, first 3 clients only

Setup fee billed on acceptance. A written accuracy test on the client's own live catalogue is agreed before build starts, and the setup fee is due when it passes. After the first 3 clients, standard terms apply: 50% to schedule, 50% before go-live.
