Scope and exclusions

OpsRivo provides managed AI sales/support or booking desks and paid diagnostics within agreed scope. Exclusions include the refusals listed on the site.

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for accurate catalogue, policy, pricing, availability, lawful content, and timely approvals.

Approved AI actions and human-approval points

AI may answer approved catalogue and policy questions, qualify, capture order intent, and route handoff. Human approval is required for out-of-scope promises, unresolved complaints, discounts, legal/compliance matters, and custom policy exceptions.

Support and availability expectations

Support and availability expectations are set in the accepted proposal or diagnostic deliverable.

Fees, overages, late payment, suspension

Fees, usage, overages, payment dates, and suspension rights are set in the accepted proposal. Late payment may pause service.

IP ownership

Client data remains the client's data. OpsRivo retains reusable operating methods, templates, and non-client-specific implementation know-how.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services are provided under the accepted scope and acceptance criteria, without revenue guarantees or claims of perfect accuracy.

Change control

Material changes to scope, catalogue logic, integrations, or policies require written approval.
